1. Exemption

All visual depictions displayed, produced, or otherwise distributed on the Site are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because all such visual depictions are:

Prompts and generations that suggest minors are blocked by our content-moderation systems and are grounds for immediate termination of the offending account.
